Rs.8000/ standard (For 5 People) on 24 Hours basis.
  • Above 5 people Rs.600/- Per Person Extra Per Day.
  • A maximum of 8-10 people can be accommodated comfortably.
  • Rs.600/- Per Stay cleaning charges extra to be paid to staffs (Or For Every 3 Days Stay).
4 bedroom flat: 1 no.
Rs.10000/ standard (For 8 People) on 24 Hours basis.
  • Above 8 people Rs.600/- Per Person Extra Per Day.
  • A maximum of 10-12 people can be accommodated comfortably.
  • Rs.1000/- Per Stay cleaning charges extra to be paid to staffs (Or for Every 3 Days Stay).
1 bedroom flat: 1no.
Rs.5000/ standard (For 2 People) on 24 Hours basis.
  • Above 2 people Rs.600/- Per Person Extra Per Day.
  • A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated comfortably.
  • Rs.600/- Per Stay cleaning charges extra to be paid to staffs (Or for Every 3 Days Stay).
  • We are very flexible regarding check-in and check-out timings but would prefer standard 12 pm to 12 pm timings.
  • We are open to considerations on tariffs after prior discussions. In case of long duration stays, tariffs may be discussed. The tariffs can be negotiated further depending on the number of days of stay the same can be negotiated.
  • Along with the number of guests mentioned above at the max 2 children below 5 years of age, above 5 years children would be taken as an extra person with additional costs and that number also shall within 8-10.

Special offers / discount

Rs.18000 in case of parties and only day stays for get together which involve 15-25 people.

Our property is available for wedding shoots and tariffs and housekeeping charges may vary in such cases.

Other terms and conditions

This is your home hence please help us maintain the décor and beauty of the property.

In case of overnight stays, we would prefer a maximum of 10 people.
