• This is our mantra and we believe firmly that our gods who are staying with us today will bless this house with all their happiness, love and care. And will treat this house as their shrine.
• This is a residential area and locality with many temples and mosques.
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
• No loud noise inside the property as it is a residential area.
• No drinking and loitering in an inebriated condition alongside the beach as it is punishable by the administration.
• No sitting or loitering along the beach past 9.00 p.m and may attract scrutiny by the administration.
• No use of contraband drugs or illicit items inside or outside the premises as it is punishable under the Indian Penal Code.
• You have neighbours hence behave appropriately so that they do not complain.
• Please take care of your belongings and help our staffs keep the premise and property clean.
• Please let the staffs clean the property at least once a day and please feel free to appreciate their work by offering tips to them.
• Since this is your home, use water and power judicially. Let’s all keep the environment green and beautiful.
• Kindly inform the Manager and the owners in case you are expecting guests to visit you on the property, before their visit.
• In case a get-together or a party is planned, prior permission has to be taken from the owner of the property.
• Swimming on the beach is not advisable as it is very steep, dangerous and life-threatening too. Since there are no lifeguards please don’t endanger your life.
• The waves are very dangerous and are not suitable for swimming.
• The seas have an underwater current that may pull a person into the depth, once the water is above the waist.
• Your life is precious and we wish that you take away the sweetest memories from here.
• You are here to have a good time but please remember that outside the premises it’s a residential area, hence kindly respect the privacy and decorum of the region. The locals are known for their hospitality and kind-heartedness, win their hearts by responding appropriately.
